Everything you need to know about renting equipment from us
How do I book equipment?
Contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide a quote. Once you approve the terms, we’ll confirm availability and arrange delivery or pickup at your convenience. Payment is due before the rental period begins.
What's included in the rental?
Each rental includes the equipment, basic delivery and pickup, and standard maintenance. Damage beyond normal wear is charged separately. We’ll detail everything included when you request your quote.
What are your minimum hire periods?
Most equipment has a minimum hire period of one day. Longer rentals receive better rates. Contact us about your specific needs and we’ll work out the details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made seven days before your rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days are subject to a fifty percent charge. We understand plans change, so reach out and we’ll discuss your situation.
Do you deliver outside Pretoria?
We service Pretoria and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by location. Contact us with your address and we’ll confirm delivery options and costs for your rental.
